Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that cancellations are not permitted due to cloudy skies or mildly unfavourable weather conditions. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe for boating, you will receive a full 100% refund for your rental.

We may offer credits or the option to reschedule on a case-by-case basis.

• 100% refund if cancelled more than 72 hours in advance

• 50% refund if cancelled more than 24 hours in advance

• No refund if cancelled within 24 hours of the rental

Late Arrival / Return Policy
Because each boat is scheduled to launch and return at specific times throughout the day, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for both your start and end times. Please allow yourself enough time to load your belongings and review the watercraft’s operating instructions with our staff.

VLRental reserves the right to apply a $50 late fee for arrivals or returns more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not result in extended rental time, to ensure that other bookings are not affected.

Please plan to arrive at the dock at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
